System Overview

FLANTECH is a monitoring and data logging solution designed for bolt torqueing and hydro testing. It replaces traditional chart recorders by using software to read, record, analyze, and generate PDF reports of pressure, temperature, and torque data. It features a durable, battery-operated touch screen interface and provides real-time data visualization and reporting capabilities.

Operating Temperature: -20 to 70 C

Touch Screen: 12-inch industrial NEMA rated touch screen.

Enclosure: Stainless steel, NEMA4/IP65-compliant.

Battery Life: 30 hours, with optional extensions to 40 or 60 hours; complete charge in 3 hours.

Hardware: Data acquisition hardware from National Instruments; Intel Atom processor Z520PT 1.33 GHz with Hyper-Threading

Connectivity: USB 2.0, optional 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 1x RS232, 1x RS422/RS485

Software: Developed using National Instruments LabVIEW under MS Windows
